Injury often occurs during exercise and cause pain. It usually makes us stop, or even do not want to exercise again.
Many injuries occur because of lack of heating during exercise. So, make sure you have enough before warming up to avoid injury.
Actually we are still able to exercise if the injury suffered in a lightweight category. Know any sport safe to do when you experience minor injuries at a particular body part.
