Massage for the Overcoming Headaches

Repeat this massage to relieve tension in the head.

When headache appears, do not jump to swallow pain pills. These complaints can be alleviated with massage. Here are some ways to massage to relieve tension in the head. Take a seat while you relax in the rest work.

Movement 1
Position the head upright, place your fingers on the left and right temples. Put the pressure in that area through your fingers (not too hard), count for 5 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 to 4 times.

Movement 2
Close your eyes, Squeeze with both hands, put on the eyeball (not pressed). Hold for 5 seconds. Disconnect a hand, open your eyes, sighing deeply. Repeat 3-4 times. Usually vision gradually became more obvious than before.

Movement 3
Tilt the head, put both hands on the left and right forehead. Thumb tucked behind the left ear and right, give pressure to the ear, while the four fingers still pivots on the forehead, hold for 5 seconds. Do it 3-4 times.

Movement 4

Movement 5
