Avoid Sharing of Tooth Brush

Change this habit, if you do not want to share with others the disease.

A study revealed that hepatitis C can be transmitted through a toothbrush. Cause, hepatitis C virus can move through the blood comes out when brushing your teeth, either due to unhealthy gums or a minor cut on the mouth. The virus can live on a toothbrush for days, even a week.

Change this habit, if you do not want to share the disease. Be careful, viruses and bacteria can be transmitted when you use a toothbrush with. So, never exchanging a toothbrush with anyone, including spouse or your family.

So, if you forget to bring a toothbrush when staying at someone else, just apply toothpaste on the index finger, and Brush teeth with brushing motion. Afterward, gargle with salt water so the mouth feel fresh.
