Research conducted by faculty dental team, the University of Illinois at Chicago, United States indicates that trigger bad breath is the dominant bacteria lodged in the back of the tongue. These bacteria emit hydrogen sulfide which makes breathing becomes unpleasant.

These bacteria can not be removed by brushing your teeth. The most appropriate way to eliminate these bacteria is to drinking tea. Substance in tea polyphenols may inhibit the growth of bacteria that hide behind the tongue.

To prove the researchers took three types of bacteria that cause bad breath and placed in a container that contains the tea for 48 hours. The result is a substance in tea polyphenols making bacteria difficult to breed, although the numbers are small.

Tea is one of the natural odor prevention. If you are experiencing bad breath problems, tea is one way to deal with other than a toothbrush.

After tea, you can brush your teeth or gargle-gargle for avoid tea stains can make your teeth yellow. Other benefits of tea can reduce foot odor. Way, soak your feet in water tea brewed for 5 to 10 minutes.
