How Easily to Know Your Health

Do check your pulse after waking up to know whether the body fit or not.

Increased pulse rate when you take a rest is one indicator of health, particularly your heart health. The best time to check your pulse is when you wake up in the morning and before you perform any activity.

Why? Because, at that time we were relaxed and the body was free of substances such as nicotine bullying and caffeine.

Place your index finger and your middle finger on the hollow at the edge of your neck, just under the jaw. After finding your pulse, count the number of its pulsation for 60 seconds.

If you're more fit, your pulse while resting will decline, stronger and more regular. For women, the figures are respectively 72-77 and 77-83 beats per minute.
