Urinating often, it normal?

Voiding more than 8 times a day, should not be underestimated.

In medical terms, frequent urination better known or 'beser' with overactive bladder (OAB). This is the case, according to Jill Rabin, MD, and author urogenikolog 'Mind Over Bladder: I Never Met a Bathroom I Did not Like', when someone is often difficult to stop urinating, and wanted to urinate again though just for the bathroom.

"The symptoms, you urinate more than 8 times per day, and this will also appear more 2 times when you sleep."

According to the National Association for continence (NAFC), 75 to 80 percent of sufferers are women, especially in the productive age (20 to 40 years). "Unfortunately, many women who do not realize the danger of the desire to urinate too often is. Actually, this condition can gradually lower the quality of life of sufferers," said Rabin added.

What causes it? According to Rabin, until now not been known clearly the cause of this disease. However, there is research that says that the condition is due to the excessive contraction of the bladder muscle, which causes the sensation to urinate more often than usual.

In addition, one of the factors that cause this disease is due to appear in person to diabetes.

If this condition often have you experienced, but check with your doctor, you can reduce these symptoms in a way.

- Avoid beverages containing caffeine, like coffee, tea, and soda

- Reduce intake of water before bed, so the desire to urinate during sleep can be reduced. But, should not reduce drinking in the daytime. Body still need water to avoid dehydration.

- While urinating, try to remove as much urine. Do not just move from the toilet. try to relax a bit and try to urinate again. This way can make you not too soon to urinate again.
