Yoga Exercise Overcome Insomnia

Perform this yoga exercise before bed, you are also freed from difficulty sleeping disorders.

Problems often experienced difficulty sleeping people who live in big cities. The high level of stress is difficult to make eye closed every night and the result, you become less sleep.

Movement 1

- Sit on the edge of the bed. Take a pillow on your lap, then bend over with his face buried in the pillow.

Movement 2

Benefits: Lowers blood pressure so that the nerves in the head feels more relaxed and help you sleep comfortably.
